All products displayed are subject to availability.

All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).
Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges are applied separately and displayed at checkout.
Delivery fee: 1.250 KD
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.
We do not store credit card or KNET details.
6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
An order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
Omahat reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

Product unavailability
Suspected fraud or misuse
7. Delivery Policy
Kuwait orders: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 7:00 PM
Delivery days: Saturday to Thursday
Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
Omahat is not responsible for delays beyond its reasonable control.
8. Returns & Refunds
Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be:
Unused
In original packaging
Not damaged or misused
Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):
Books
Baby calming toys & biting items
Breastfeeding tools
Toilet training items
Diapers
Towels
Milk & food products
Underwear & swimwear
Pregnancy support belts
Health, beauty, skincare, perfume, and cosmetic products
Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval, according to shop policy.
9. User Responsibilities

Not to misuse the Services
Not to provide false or misleading information
Not to violate any applicable laws or regulations
Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of your account.

All content on Omahat (logos, text, images, graphics, app content) is owned by Omahat and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.

Omahat shall not be liable for:
