- The patented, moisture-absorbing lining and inserting system of the integrated pant ensures that children’s skin is as dry as possible on land. The moisture is absorbed and trapped in the inner lining.

- The cute children’s UV swim trunks are quick-drying and thanks to the wide waistband and the seamless workmanship in the crotch a comfortable fit and optimal support.

- After the excursion, the sunsuit can be cleaned at 30 °C on a gentle cycle.  Do not bleach, Do not dry clean, Do not iron, Do not machine dry.

- Recycled materials

With the use of recycled materials and innovative processes as well as the absence of animal components, LÄSSIG contributes to the circular economy and conserves the earth’s resources. For example, plastic waste (e.g. disposable bottles and production waste) was recycled and processed into a new material for the children’s swimming trunks with UV protection.

Instructions for suitable use:

UV radiation leads to sunburn and skin damage if used for too long. This clothing only protects the covered area, other parts of the body exposed to natural UV radiation must be protected separately, e.g. by applying sunscreen and wearing other UV protective clothing. The actual duration of protection of UV protective clothing depends on the skin condition of the child and the intensity of the sun’s rays. The reported UV protection can be reduced by normal wear and tear as well as on the seams. Check the clothing regularly for damage and wear and tear and replace it if necessary. A repair must be carried out professionally. The durability of the protective clothing – even without visible damage – is 6 years from the date of production. Composition, care instructions, size, date of manufacture and UV protection factor can be found on the sew-in label in the article. Please store the item in a dry place away from light. Wash out after each contact with chlorine and salt water. It is UV protective clothing (category I PPE) that meets the essential health and safety requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/425, Annex II. The protective clothing meets the requirements of EN ISO 13688:2013, Protective clothing – General requirements. Material testing is carried out in accordance with UV Standard 801 (based on AS/ NZS 4399:2017).
