How to Use Cold:
- Freeze the pad for at least 4 hours.
- Place the pad in a disposable sleeve and apply for 20 minutes to relieve perineal, haemorrhoidal, or C-section discomfort.
- Allow at least 1 hour between uses or follow your healthcare professional’s guidance.

How to Use Warm:
- Microwave flat as per the time recommendations (e.g., 16 seconds at 1250 watts).
- Alternatively, submerge the pad in warm water for 1-2 minutes.
- Test the temperature and use in a disposable sleeve for 20 minutes to relieve postnatal uterine cramping.

Care Instructions:
- After each use, clean the pad with mild soap and water, and allow it to air dry completely.
