Usage Instructions:
Before using, consult a breastfeeding expert to ensure it's needed. For better fit, soak the shield in hot water for 1-2 minutes. Apply Lansinoh HPA Lanolin Nipple Cream to the rim to help keep it in place. Turn the shield partially inside out, line it up with your nipple, and then push it into place, turning it right side out. Feed as usual.
