HOW TO USE:
Simply tear the perforated seal, pour breastmilk into the bag, or pump directly using a Lansinoh pump. Squeeze out excess air before sealing the bag and write the date and amount on the tab. According to NHS guidelines, breastmilk can be stored in the fridge for up to 8 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months, whether laid flat or stored upright.

TIP: To avoid bags sticking together in the freezer, place a piece of kitchen roll between each bag before freezing.
