Care and Use:
- For optimal performance when keeping liquids warm, preheat the stainless steel base with hot water for a few minutes before filling.
- The bottle is only leak-proof when the flip lid is fully closed; the straw itself is not leak-proof, so be sure to keep the lid shut when the bottle is tipped or carried in a bag.
- If you notice leaks when the lid is closed, try closing the lid slowly to ensure the groove inside the lid aligns with the straw. Also, check that the straw top (mouthpiece) and straw stem are properly connected and inserted .
- Always pull the straw top through until it ‘clicks’ into place and ensure the straw disk under the lid is firmly pressed in.
