Lansinoh Post Birth Pads

The Lansinoh Cold & Warm Post-Birth Relief Pad is specifically designed to provide soothing comfort and alleviate pain after delivery. Featuring TheraPearl ColorSmart Technology, these pads can be used, either cold or warm, to address different postpartum discomforts. When used cold, they offer relief from perineal, haemorrhoidal, or C-section discomfort. When used warm, they can be applied to the abdomen to soothe postnatal uterine cramping.

Instructions for Use:

Cold Therapy: Freeze the pad for a minimum of 4 hours before use. Insert the frozen pad into a disposable sleeve and apply it for 20 minutes. Allow at least one hour between uses, or follow the instructions provided by your healthcare professional.

Warm Therapy: Place the pad in a flat position inside a microwave according to the indicated time below:

16 seconds at 1250 watts, 19 seconds at 1000 watts, 25 seconds at 700 watts

Gently massage the warm pad to distribute heat, as indicated by the color-changing pearls evenly. Increase the heating time in 5-second increments until you reach the desired temperature. Always test the temperature of the warm pad before use. Insert the pad into a disposable sleeve and apply it for 20 minutes. Allow at least one hour between uses, or follow the instructions provided by your healthcare professional.

Do not use on infants. Avoid using if you have poor circulation. Do not apply heat therapy on stitches or an open wound. Do not fall asleep while using the pad. Keep out of reach of children. Consult your physician if you experience extreme, prolonged, or chronic pain. Overheating may damage or destroy the pad. Do not puncture the pad or ingest its contents.

Cleaning Instructions: Clean the gel pad thoroughly with mild soap and water after each use. Rinse until all soap and residue are removed. Allow the pad to air dry completely before reuse. The disposable sleeves are intended for one-time use only.
