Compared to other types of wood, beechwood has excellent antibacterial properties. We use 100% silicone beads. The silicone is 100% food-grade, resistant to damage, and free from harmful additives such as BPA, sulfates, and other chemicals. Silicone feels soft and smooth and is one of the few materials that is fully recyclable.
